* Note: If your order includes products with a description “On Order”, their availability depends on whether sufficient stock will be found in excellent condition in our supplier network.
* Keep order of web orders in order of priority. 

After stocks run out the remaining orders are automatically canceled.
In the event that products or services are listed on the Website at the wrong price due to a computer error UniverseCore and its administrators are not responsible and orders are canceled.
* Your order for telephone order means automatic acceptance of the terms and conditions of use and the terms of return.
* In case of deposit in a bank account, it is necessary to send the payment receipt by e-mail or telephone payment notification to our call center in order to proceed with its processing.
* Collapse orders are allowed ONLY by bank transfer payment method.
* You cancel your order in 2 days from the date of receipt:
A) in case we do not receive your payment (deposit in our company account, credit or debit card)
B) when it is not possible (after continuous efforts) the necessary telephone confirmation of your order. 

The purpose of the telephone confirmation is to ensure the correctness of your order but also to verify the contact phone that is most likely to be used for delivery or a cooperating courier company.

Payment The customer can pay for both the products and the shipping costs with: 

1) Debit of his debit, prepaid or credit card without the possibility of interest-free installments. UniverseCore accepts the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express.

3) Deposit by bank transfer from any bank other than NBG. NOTE: In 2 working days from the date of the order, in case we do not receive your payment, the order will be canceled. 

Receipt of products Upon receipt of your order, the identity of the recipient is checked and recorded, whether you are yourself or a third party designated by you as the recipient.

 

Shipping Products

For orders placed until 12:00 from Monday – Friday (if it is a working day), the products will be prepared and delivered to the courier company on the same day.
Orders placed after 12.00, will be delivered for shipment the next business day.

Delivery time in urban areas is up to (3) three working days, while in islands or remote areas from (3) three to (5) five working days.

UniverseCore does not acknowledge the existence of any responsibility in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather events, strikes and force majeure, so the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay.

Payment by cash on delivery is charged 2 €.

For all orders, packaging costs are free for all of Greece.

If you wish to send your order to a different address you must fill in the shipping address in the special field.

Shipping charges

All shipping and packaging costs are calculated in the total shopping cart at the final payment amount.

The shipping charge is calculated and suggested in the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. The customer has the opportunity to choose the type of document he wants (retail receipt or invoice), by filling in the corresponding field of the website.

Transportation costs are as follows:

a) 5 € up to 2kg and + 2 € for each extra kilo up to 15kg (General Postal)
b) 30 € from 15kg and above and + 10 € for each additional 10kg (Transportation)

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel the order during the online ordering process, you can click “cancel” and the ordering process is automatically stopped.
